Founder's Story
Hey there! I’m Ayush Mehta, a Chartered Accountant with a Diploma in International Taxation and a passion for finance recruitment. After honing my skills at renowned firms like KPMG, I took a leap of faith to launch HireGenie, driven by a vision to provide top-tier finance recruitment solutions across India and beyond.
My Goal? To provide effective recruitment solutions to consultancies and startups in pursuit of finance talent. What started as a humble venture has grown into a leading consultancy, assisting over 100 companies, including Big 4 firms and MNCs across India, the USA, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, and beyond. In 2024, we were recognised as one of the Top 10 recruitment consultancies in South India.
Outside the office, I enjoy exploring nature through trekking and diving into fictional literature.
