If you choose to hire through HireGenie, our standard recruitment terms and fees apply.

Once you unlock a profile, you'll be able to access the candidate's details and resume. The candidate will also be notified that their profile has been unlocked, helping keep the process transparent.

You can then contact the candidate directly if you'd like to consider their profile for an open role at your organisation.

No recruitment fee is applicable for candidates hired directly through the Spotlight platform.
