Junior Implementation Analyst - Growing IT Product-based Company, Bangalore

Job Summary: A growing IT product-based company is looking for Chartered Accountants with 0-2 years of experience to join its Implementation Team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong finance fundamentals, good communication and problem-solving skills, and an interest in technology. The role combines finance knowledge with customer interaction and technology implementation, where the candidate will understand customers’ finance processes, support product configuration, testing, implementation and go-live.

About the company: Our client is a growing IT product-based company that has developed an enterprise finance platform focused on automating financial close, consolidation, statutory reporting and management reporting. The product works on top of existing ERP systems and is currently used by 125+ customers across leading organizations. The company is aggressively growing and offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of finance and technology.

Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore

Designation: Junior Implementation Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and document customers’ existing reporting processes, data flows, formats, controls and pain points.
• Translate agreed requirements into clear functional notes and configuration inputs.
• Support the configuration of entities, reporting structures, workflows, templates and validation rules.
• Assist with data collection, uploads, reconciliations, functional testing and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with customer finance users, implementation leads and product teams.
• Prepare user guides and support product demonstrations and user training.
• Assist customers during user acceptance testing, go-live and post-implementation support.
• Maintain accurate and complete implementation documentation.

Candidate profile:

• Chartered Accountant with sound understanding of accounting, financial statements, monthly close and management reporting.
• Early-career exposure to finance, audit, reporting, FP&A or software implementation would be useful.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and comfort in handling financial data.
• Clear communication and confidence in interacting with customers.
• Structured problem-solving ability, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Interest in understanding how finance processes can be automated using technology
• No programming knowledge such as Java or Python is required.

Education: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience: 0-2 years of experience. CA freshers with strong finance fundamentals and candidates with early-career exposure to finance, audit, reporting, FP&A, or software implementation would be relevant.

Working Days: Monday - Friday
