Capital Market Associate (Equity) - A leading Real-estate Company - Bengaluru

Job Summary: A leading Real-Estate company is keen to hire an MBA / CA / CFA for the role of Capital Market Associate with 4+ years of experience in preparation of financial modelling, investor presentations, and relationship management with funds, banks, family offices, and UHNW investors. They will be responsible for securing equity investments for their different entities.

About the Organization: Our client is the biggest private Real-Estate group in South India, having 9 entities across the globe. It is renowned for its developing and managing high-end real assets in various sectors of managed office spaces, customized flexible spaces, development projects and other services.

Location: Old Airport Road, Bengaluru

Designation: Capital Market Associate

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain financial models (DCF, sensitivity, IRR, scenario analysis).
• Prepare investment presentations, pitch decks, teasers, and IMs.
• Lead investor outreach: family offices, funds, PE investors, banks, and NBFCs.
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, and valuation analysis.
• Coordinate with internal project, legal, and finance teams for due diligence.
• Maintain investor pipelines and prepare weekly dashboards for leadership.
• Represent the company in capital markets and investor meetings.
• Travel to Dubai as and when required for investor meets.

 Requirements: 

• Strong financial modelling & valuation skills.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Stakeholder management and investor trust building.
• High autonomy, speed, and problem-solving mindset.
• Understanding of cross-border investments (India–Dubai) is a plus.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

• Equity Capital Secured: Amount of funds raised.
• Investor Engagement: Number and quality of meetings arranged.
• Financial Modelling Accuracy: Robustness of models.
• Presentation Quality: Standard of pitch decks/teasers.
• Transaction Support: Timely delivery of IMs and DD documents.

KPIs (12-month horizon)

• Secure ₹300–500 Cr equivalent equity commitments.
• Deliver 10–15 high-quality financial models.
• Arrange minimum 8–10 investor/family office meetings per month.
• Prepare at least 12 investment teasers/IMs.
• Maintain an active investor pipeline tracker updated weekly. 

Education: MBA / CA / CFA ( preferable )

Experience: 4–6 years in capital markets, investment banking, private equity, IPCs, or developer-side capital raising.

Working days: Monday to Friday
