Job Summary: A leading commercial Real Estate company is keen to hire a qualified CA with 7+ years of experience, they will look into financial operations such as budgeting, forecasting, financial statements, MIS reports, filings, and audits. The respective candidate will also guide and lead the finance team, fostering a culture of teamwork.

About the company: Our client is a commercial real estate company, managing a portfolio of 10+ million square feet of Grade A retail properties across 10+ cities. They have consistently redefined the retail experience by integrating lifestyle, entertainment, and brand engagement in their developments.

Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru

Designation: Senior Manager - Finance

Roles & Responsibilities : 

• Manage day-to-day operations of finance and accounts department, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, forecasts, and variance reports, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
• Develop and implement financial policies, internal controls, and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate annual budgeting process and monitor budget performance throughout the fiscal year.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring compliance with payment terms and collection strategies.
• Prepare and file statutory financial reports, tax returns, and regulatory filings.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to accounting systems and processes.
• Provide leadership and guidance to finance team, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to enhance knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

• 7+ years in finance and accounting roles, with a strong preference for experience in the retail or commercial property industry.
• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and management within a complex organizational structure.
• Proficiency in using accounting software.
• In-depth knowledge of GAAP or IFRS ,
• Expertise in budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and variance analysis. 

Education: Qualified CA

Experience: 7+ years of experience preferably from retail or commercial property industry

Working days: Monday to Friday
