Finance Manager - A leading tech-driven real estate company, Bengaluru 

Job Summary: A leading real estate company is looking for a qualified CA to join as a Finance Controller who will take ownership of the company’s books of accounts, financial reporting, compliance, and cash flow management while supporting business growth and financial planning. 

About the company:  A leading real estate company is a technology-driven real estate platform that simplifies buying and selling homes through a digital marketplace with transparent and cost-effective brokerage services. 

Location: Doddakallasandra, Bengaluru 

Designation: Finance Manager

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Take ownership of the books of accounts ensuring accuracy and timely closures. 

• Prepare and present MIS reports and financial insights for the management team. 

• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements. 

• Manage cash flow planning, forecasting, and financial projections. 

• Support budgeting, financial planning, and variance analysis. 

• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and external stakeholders. 

• Negotiate and manage financial terms with vendors, partners, and service providers. 

• Strengthen financial processes, controls, and documentation. 

• Set up controls and build process and automation in the finance team.  

• Oversee working and operations of finance team members. 

Key Skills: 

• Strong understanding of accounting, compliance, and financial reporting. 

• Experience in MIS reporting, projections, and cash flow management. 

• Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills. 

• Ability to take ownership of the finance function in a growing company 

Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant  

Experience: 5+ years of post-qualification experience 

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
