Senior Finance Executive - A listed Gaming company- Bengaluru 

Job Summary: A leading mobile gaming and entertainment company is keen to hire a Senior Finance Executive with 0–3 years of relevant experience to support its core finance operations, including banking operations, bank account management, KYC, regulatory compliance, reconciliations, and audit support. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate documentation, timely regulatory filings, and seamless coordination with domestic and international banking partners.

About the company: Our client is a listed digital entertainment company, specializing in gaming, gamification, and SaaS-based engagement platforms. The Company has a strong international presence across 50+ countries with multiple subsidiaries. 

Location: Electronic City, Bengaluru

Designation: Senior Finance Executive

Reports To: Finance Manager 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

Bank Account Management

• Manage the opening, modification and closure of domestic and international bank accounts.
• Coordinate with banks for account documentation, mandates, signatory changes and other account-related requirements.

Banking Operations & Relationship Management

• Coordinate with bankers for net banking, payment platforms and other banking facilities.
• Ensure timely activation, maintenance and renewal of banking facilities and user access.

Bank KYC & Compliance

• Manage and coordinate periodic and event-based Bank KYC requirements
• Ensure timely submission and updation of KYC documents, declarations and corporate information
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and banks to resolve KYC-related queries and ensure compliance.

APR Filing & Regulatory Compliance

• Handle APR (Annual Performance Report) filing and related regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams, consultants and banks for data collection and timely submission.
• Maintain proper records and supporting documentation for regulatory filings

International Banking Operations

•  Coordinate with international banks for routine banking requirements, account-related matters, documentation and transaction support.
•  Address and resolve cross-border banking queries in coordination with internal teams and banking partners.   

Required Skills:

Must-Have

• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial processes.  
• Hands-on experience with reconciliations, close activities, and audit support.  
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally) and MS Excel.  
• High attention to detail and ownership mindset.

Good-to-Have

• Experience in a listed company or large multinational environment. 
• Exposure to Ind AS and statutory compliance processes.  
• Understanding of intercompany accounting or multi-entity finance operations 

Soft Skills:

• Strong execution and accountability. 
•  Ability to manage deadlines in a structured close environment. 
• Clear communication and stakeholder coordination skills. 
•  High integrity and process orientation.
