HR Manager - A Spiritual Organization and charitable Trust - Bengaluru

Job Summary: A HR Manager with 7+years of experience in managing end‑to‑end HR operations including talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll, statutory compliance, employee relations, labour office liaison, policy governance, and offboarding. The ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to streamline HR processes while ensuring compliance and fostering a positive workplace culture.

About the Organization: It’s a leading Spiritual Organization and Charitable Trust which propagates education centers, food donation, religious practices. Now it is widely spread in 100+ countries across the globe with 600+ centers. 

Location:  Kanakapura road (near Metro station)

Designation: HR Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Talent Hunting & Interview Facilitation: Proactively sourcing qualified candidates for open vacancies across various divisions and managing the end-to-end selection and interview process alongside department heads.
• Verification & Onboarding: Coordinating thorough background verification (BGV) checks for potential hires and managing the complete onboarding and cultural induction process.
• Payroll & Labour Compliance: Overseeing accurate salary processing inputs based on time and attendance data, while ensuring strict adherence to all statutory, employee, and labour-related legal compliances.
• Employee Relations & Grievance Redressal: Serving as the primary internal contact to address, track, and efficiently resolve day-to-day employee or staff queries and operational issues.
• Labour Office Liasoning: Independently handling official regulatory notices and actively liasoning with regional labour officers during inspections, audits, or legal hearings.
• Policy Formulation & Governance: Drafting, updating, and implementing comprehensive institutional HR policies—including guidelines for attendance, leaves, performance appraisals, workplace conduct, POSH, and separation—to ensure strict regulatory and cultural compliance by all employees and labour across the campus.
• Offboarding Lifecycle: Managing the complete exit and separation process, including facilitating objective exit interviews and coordinating final settlements.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of industrial relations, local statutory frameworks, and Karnataka labour laws.

• Good understanding of the full talent cycle, onboarding, KPIs, and payroll systems.

• Excellent communication, multitasking ability, command over regional/national languages, and documentation expertise.

• High integrity with strong respect and commitment to the organisation’s values and spiritual environment.

Education: Graduate or Post Graduate

Experience: 7+ Years of relevant experience

Work schedule: Monday to Friday ( 2nd and 4th Saturdays are holiday)

Work timings: 9:30am to 6:45pm
